Report use of your likeness

FlowZebra is a tool businesses use to make video ads. If you believe a video made with FlowZebra shows you, or someone you act for, without permission, tell us here. You don't need an account. We'll look into it and reply within 30 days.

What happens next

  1. We check the request really comes from you, or from someone allowed to act for you. We'll ask you a few questions by email, and for the original photo if you still have it.
  2. We look for the account that made the video and everything made with your picture.
  3. If we find it, we pause it right away: it can't be shared, exported or downloaded through FlowZebra. We tell the account owner that someone asked, but not who you are, and give them 7 days to show they have permission.
  4. If they can't, we delete your photo and every picture and video made with it on FlowZebra. Some requests are acted on at once, such as anything involving a child.
  5. We reply to you with what we did.

We can only delete what is stored on FlowZebra. A copy already posted on another site is controlled by that site, so please report it there too.
